Role Overview
As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll play a key role in bridging cutting‑edge hardware with real‑world applications. You’ll combine technical expertise with collaboration, ensuring our products deliver clarity, trust, and delight to clients and partners worldwide.
Responsibilities
Lead technical implementation and integration of QUTE hardware solutions for customers.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to optimize product delivery and drive improvements.
Provide technical guidance on best practices for electronics manufacturing and deep‑tech systems.
Manage technical relationships with client accounts, ensuring delight and trust.
Translate complex customer requirements into actionable hardware and service solutions.
Work closely with customers to achieve their research, industrial, and innovation objectives.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in electronics hardware, embedded systems, or deep‑tech product environments.
Demonstrated expertise in hardware integration, testing, or system deployment (Python or similar tools a plus).
Excellence in technical communication and interpersonal skills — able to simplify complex concepts.
Strong problem‑solving mindset with ownership and honesty at the core.
Willingness to travel for customer engagement and on‑site support.
